Hello,

I can't view pdf files in internet explorer. I have adobe 5.0 and internet explorer 6.0

Anyone know why? I don't get an error, I just get that box with the "X" in it on the top left hand screen.

THANKS

Fontana,
I've had the same thing happen on my work system.

Here is a link to a Knowledgebase article which explains the problem:
I have not been able to find a solution, only a workaround which is explained in the article. I will post it here for anyone who doesn't want to take the time to read the article.

RtClk on the PDF and select Save Target As and save it into a TEMP directory (I've created a PDF Temp directory for this purpose). After it's DL'd, Clk Open. The PDF will open in Acrobat and you can access it from there.

If you find a solution, please post it back here to help the rest of us. I'll do the same.

Knock and the door shall be opened unto you. Seek and ye shall find! [peace]

I love Mondays cause they're the Second day of the week!
