Can't view entire email in Groupwise 6.5

Hello All:

I am an attorney and receive several lengthy emails each day from Listservs. These emails can be 50 pages long. The problem is that I cannot view the entire email -it cuts off after, perhaps, 20 or 30 pages.

If I try to copy the entire email into my word processing program (Edit, Select All, Copy, Paste), same result. But if I just click on "print", all 50 pages will print (big waste of paper). So the text is there, somewhere - I just can't view it.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

There is an issue with GroupWise message lengths that can be viewed on screen. The issue is actually a problem with the Windows display API that is used by GroupWise. I believe that you'll notice a difference in how much of the message can be seen depending on the Windows version and amount of RAM in the PC. The message will cut off after roughly 770KB.

Unfortunately I don't know that there is any fix since it is the API that causes the problem.

Thanks. Is there anything that I can do?

I've tried forwarding the prior emails to my gmail account - same result. Perhaps I should change my address on the Listservs to another email address - maybe this will work for future emails. I'll check with Google and Yahoo.
