Can't view embedded photos in Access97

I have upgraded one computer to WindowsXP Pro and since I've done this, the user cannot view the embedded photos through Access97, he is able to open them through Windows Explorer just fine. Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted in Access to allow him to view them in the Access form that he is supposed to use?
