I am trying to email a report to other people in my office using the "send to" file type .snp. Some people can open it, some can't. I've tried having them download the viewer from the Microsoft website (although they all have Access installed in their computers). Any other suggestions?

You could use SendObject in your access database to automatically package the report as .rtf and mail it to a list of recipients - I have just recently got this to work myself - drop me a mail with some details of the access database and I'll tell you how to do it.
