Whenever I view a web page that has dynamic content, it will not display the dynamic content on my computer. An example of a web page that has dynamic content is When I type this URL on my computer, I see a blank white page. When I use my neighbor's computer, it displays web templates. Another example is at where I can see standard links on the top of the page, but the links in the "Useful Links" section do not appear.
Both my computer and my neighbor's are running XP Professional. I have tried changing my security and privacy preferences to resolve this, but nothing changes even when I used the lowest security settings. I have tried viewing the content in IE 6, Netscape 7, and Opera 7, and all of them have the same result. Since the problem is not browser specific, I'm guessing it is something in Win XP Pro.
