I recently had to re-install my Crystal enterprise software on my Crystal Enterprise 9 server. Since doing so, if I successfully run a job that creates a report in .rpt format, when I try to view the results, I get the following error
"THere was an error retrieving data from the server; Service was not found."
Crystal Reports 9 is installed on that server but it appears that some service needs to be running to view the Crystal Report output on the server. Can someone inform me if there is a service I need to check?
