Please help out a numpty who isn't familiar with these systems.

I'm doing LUVU for spare TNs, using the correct type for the phone, 2002P2.
But when I put the TN into the phone I still get an InvalidTN error.

I've been through the config on the phone & it's identical to a working one, so I assume I'm picking the wrong TNs somehow.

Which suggests it's not setup to me. However I've tried

To copy a working TN to it & assign the DN of the broken phone it's replacing & that doesn't work.

Thanks for the hint, I'd forgot the TN needs setting up to start with.

It appears that the issue is with the DN and not the TN. It looks like DN 8908 is already in use. That is why it wont let you copy it.

Thanks guys, I assumed copying a existing DN would port the number over.

Does that explain why putting the TN on the phone gives an invalid TN error? Because the TN needs setting up with the copy command?

Sorted, thanks for the guidance.

I'll post today's dumb question it's own thread.
