cant use phone to listen to forwarded messages CP4.0

I have a user who recently had a PC refresh, she now cannot hear FORWARDED messages through her telephone,SHE DID IN THE PAST, now she has to use the speakers, she can listen to her own messages through her phone but not messages that have been forwarded.; Call pilot 4.0.
CP has already been reloaded again on her PC.
Thank you for any suggestions.
