I've got one on K1xx_SIP-R2_0_0_0_4029.tar but I want to upgrade to K1xx_SIP-R2_2_0_5_8008 but isn't updating.

I've read all the documents but I am missing something?

The settings files are autogenerated using No User Source Numbers on the IPO and I can see that these are working as the K175 pickups up the admin password.

The firmware files are on an HTTP server with IIS and MIME types configured and this is set as the HTTP server in the IPO. I know the K175 can see the files as I can download them to the K175 using Chrome but for some reason they are not being pulled into the K175 and updated.

do you have the k1xx upgrade file on your other http server with the firmware?
Make sure the checksum file is gone from the firmware folder.
also, check your iis logs, see if it's actually connecting and has gotten the correct fileserver info.
I spent 2 days upgrading mine, it's a piece of garbage lol.

Thanks for the feedback

K1xxSupgrade.txt is autogenerated but I have added it to HTTP server

There's no FS_Checksum.txt as this was removed from later downloads

I can't see anything in the IIS logs when attempting to upgrade although there's no problem opening the files in Chrome on the phone so connectivity is there

No luck so far but works well as a phone. Seems hard work!

I forgot, you need to use the special 46xxsettings file that you can download from the support page. There is setting in there for FILE_SERVER_URL that needs to get set to the external HTTP server. That was the only way I was able to get it to work.
Of course, my k175 just sits here like an idiot because it has zero ability to call as none of the vantage apps will install, and is just a $100 desk clock that dings when I get email at this point.

I'm trying these instructions firmware to just upgrade the firmware. Should the signatures be in the root folder with the other files or in a folder as the original download? I've sent the address of the file server on the phone.

At least it already has Vantage 2.0 and works well as a phone but given the size of the screen (and the price) why aren't there any programmable buttons?

If I can get the files on the phone via USB or Google Drive is there anyway to install them? Just clicking on them doesn't work.

At lease I've got Vantage Connect 2.0.0.0.0411 but is a very basic phone app as you can see ..

I know it is getting the .txt files from the IPO as it picking up the admin password and timezone. I can see it has downloaded the .apk files but I assume this will not do anything until the newer .tar file for the firmware is installed.

Man, I wish I could get mine that far. I have it running the 2.2.0.5 software (android 8.1) but none of the apps will install. Annoying.
