Can't Update or Repaint a Linked Excel Chart

I have an Excel document that I'm using to update a Chart that is on an Access Form.

I've tried several methods to get the chart to update without success. It looks like the Excel Chart is read-only and wont let me do this. Any suggestions would be great.
