Can't update CCR Custom Greetings

System is Compact ICS 4.2 with Flash VM Light. We need to change Custom Greeting A, which gives callers a list of names and extension numbers. When I tried to update it, the system responded with "Please Wait", then "Try Later". Unfortunately, it also deleted the previous recording. I have AA & CCR turned off, and System Answer is off. Power cycling the system has no effect.

Where do I go from here? Thanks for your suggestions.

The flash light is just mailboxes your CCR is in the CICS.

What exactly the procedure that you followed in doing this? I think you were following the wrong procedure.
List it and I will try to correct it for you.
