I was attempting to transfer palm data from old hard drive to new computer. It is messed up and now my chapura won't uninstall...saying I'm missing some palm usbd.sys and dill files...anyone have a way to get it to uninstall?

I found this article on Chapura's website.. maybe this will help

"To uninstall PocketMirror:

Method #1:

Click on "Start/Programs/PocketMirror/UnInstall PocketMirror".
If prompted whether to remove any shared files, choose "No to all".
Reboot your computer.
Method #2:

Click on "Start/Settings/Control Panel" or "Start/Control Panel".
Double-click on the "Add/Remove Programs" icon.
From the "Add/Remove Programs" screen, highlight PocketMirror and click on the "Add/Remove" or "Change/Remove" button.
If prompted whether to remove any shared files, choose "No to all".
Reboot your computer.
Important Notes:

If you receive errors when trying to uninstall PocketMirror such as "Missing .dll files...uninstall will not continue...", attempt to reinstall PocketMirror from the original media and then go back through the uninstall process. For steps to reinstall PocketMirror, refer to Chapura FAQ PM051 "How do I setup my PC to begin synchronizing my handheld with Microsoft Outlook?"

If you would like to synchronize your handheld to the Palm Desktop software you must reinstall the Palm Desktop from the CD-ROM that was provided with your handheld device or you may download the Palm Desktop software from "

Best regards
