Can't uninstall Office 2000 Small Business without the CD

Is there any way to uninstall an OEM version of Office 2000 Small Business without the CD? What's really annoying is that I can't get any thing in office to work. This all started after I upgraded a workstation to Win 2000 from 98. Outlook automatically tries to reinstall itself after the first time I try to open outlook and gives me these error messages about not having the right CD. If anyone knows a way around this, that would be great.
