CAN'T UNINSTALL NAV 5.0 NT - MISSING FILE!?!

Help - Home PC is infected, we purchased the NAV 2004 system but can't install it because we can't uninstall the old NAV. It says it's missing the following file:


c:/profiles/NAVNT/NAVNT.isu'

How can I get this damn thing off my computer???
