Hi all! I'm trying to remove line 805 from pool 70, and it won't let me. I am working remotely with a Magix 3.0 v7.0. Being very novice at this, I thought if I added some other lines into pool 70, it would let me take out 805. It didn't. And, I removed the extra lines 809 and 810 from pool 70, but when I go to assign lines to phone sets, it still shows them in pool 70. That is not as big a deal as not being able to take out 805.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help!

Can you print out the system's General Trunk Information and post it? Just to make sure info about 805 is correct.
You shound not have any trouble deleting a trunk out of pool 70 if it is in their.

Also, you might post the exact steps that you take to remove 805 from pool 70. Sometimes its a programming error.
Thanks

Is it possible that someone is on line 805, or that you're remoting in on line 805 when you try to remove it from the pool?

Thank you all for your comments. It must have been solar flares or something. Lines 801 thru 812 were in pool 70, and I was able to remove all of them until I got to the roadblock with 805. We also thought about the remoting in on line 805, so the site tech ID'd all the lines, and we were in on another one. Anyway, the site tech was able to find a console phone and remove 805 from pool 70, using the same procedure I used to removed the other lines.

Thanks again for your help! Now on to the next crisis...
