Can't turn on Message Waiting light

I have an Electra Elite 192 system, but only have an IPK manual. Memory block 4-69 on my system apparently refers to ring delay, not the CO MWI Assignment.

I need to turn on the MWI on one extension. Everyone else's works fine.

Please help me out.

The MWI signal comes from the voicemail system. have you check the VM mailbox to make sure the mwi is turned on in that mailbox? You have to use the cosession software to connect to your VM card and go to the specific mailbox(extension). look towards the bottom of that page and you should see MWI-x
Make sure it is set to x in that field.
