Can't transfer from MICA or Callpilot or TDM set accross H.232

I have a CS1000E Rls 5.0. All SigSvr, CallSVR, MGC are PEP and loadware current after issue started so, that didnt fix it. Anytime a transfer occurs from Callpilot,MICA or TDM set to any H.323 trunk (12)locations it fails. Does not fail everytime, but most of the time. Checked DSPs in three cabinets a TDM set A calls TDM set B, then set B transfers to another site via H.3.23 it fails. Normal calling from site to site via IP or TDM or mixture of sets works fine. Only seems to occur when transfer is involved. MSEC off.

have u checked the config & status of Conf/tds & xtd, mfc & dtr's?

There is a signaling issue. I have Avaya case now to find out why call is disconnecting. I also have one-way and no speech path at times.
