Can't transfer a zipped file using Pcanywhere

I have an old version of pcanywhere (9.2) and it has always worked fine but for some reason I can no longer transfer a zipped file---the only thing that transfers is a folder----not the files that are zipped. I do support for several companies and I have to transfer files all the time. I can pull back a zipped file fine to my pc but I can NOT transfer one to another pc. I have xp, sp 1, I VPN into a server and then use pcanywhere to hit the user's pc. (Nortel Contivity VPN)I have repaired and reinstalled pcanywhere but I have no clue what changed. Any suggestions?
