Can't tell agent is not ready after a call is missed on Call Center

Hello all,

I just installed Call Center Basic on a Call Pilot with a MICS 6.1and when a logged in agent misses a call because he stepped away for a moment, there is no indication that the agent is not ready to receive calls when he returns. The agents have T7208 tells and the supervisor has a T7316 tel. Also the supervisor when monitoring status of agents, sees that agent as logged in but can't tell that no calls are being directed to that agent.

I also noticed that the button indicators don't seem to work on the upper buttons for "login" or "nor Ready".

Does anybody know how to get the not ready button to light when an agent has missed a call?
