when I attempt to TAC out I get the following error in my "list trace"

denial event 1190: No circ/chan avail D1=0x20 D2=0xf22

Any ideas?

You cannot utilize a tac to seize a member of a PRI trunk group. If you want to test it, place it in a new route pattern and then point a specific phone number to that route pattern in your ARS tables.

Are the circuits busy on that trunk-group?
Monitor with a CMS real-time report to make sure there is a circuit available.

If the telco allows it you can use the verify button. Place a verify button on your set. Press verify you get dialtone. Dial tac code. followed by the member you wish to test. You get dialtone. Dial a working number and test.

Again this will only work if the telco allows it.

Thanks
