Can't Sync Outlook

Running WinXP Pro SP1with Outlook 2002 SP2 and McAfee VSE710.
While trying synchronizing inbox (wither F9 or ShiftF9) I get synch failures.
I scanned all mailbox (7000 messages)more than once, ran ODScan on the server, disabled On-Access Mail scan on the client and every time I get the failure. It succeeds to load 50-100 more massages every F9 though…
I removed the limit of over 50K messages and still can’t load all messages at once.

Can anyone rescue me? It’s my CEO’s mail…
