Can't subcribe OP27

Hi again,

OP27s are now running 58-1-32 (Latest available on MOL)
Open Mobility Manager is running v2.3.1 (Latest available on MOL)
3300 is running MCD5.0

DHCP has been set up correctly and I have access to OMM.

Qustion: How do I now subscribe Portable Parts to this OMM?? Is there any trick to do this?

I have entered IPEI number in the Portable Parts menu.
I have also created extension on the 3300 with correct mac address.

As soon as I entered PARK number on the OP27 it asks me to enter Auth. Code. Then, it inmediately say Not Subscribed.

what's the trick...??

Have you enabked subscription in portable parts menu? You need to do this before subscribing over the air

yep! I have enable subcription in pp menu.

I have even been abled to subcribe other dect phones (aastra sip-dect) to the RFP but not the Mitel op27.

Any ideas what i'm missing??

Hi,

I managed to subcribe an OP27 with SW version 48-1-27, but still COULDN'T subscribe the ones with SW version 58-1-32.

OP27s with 58-1-32 say MITEL on the front screen of the Phone
OP27s with 48-1-27 say DeTeWe on the front of the telephone

Remember my RFP has got v2.3.1

I'd like to make a test with an older version of the OMM on my RFP, or downgrade the OP27s to 48-1-27.

Non of what I need is available on MOL these days. Would you share either 48-1-27 or older version of OMM with me.
