Can't stop the job 1

Hi all

last night the backup started and on the next morning it wasn't finished but it do nothing. If I wonna stop the job an error apears: Can't stop the job because he's active.

I tried everything what I can do: I restarted all 3 engines and I rebooted the server but nothing worked.

Please help me

try killing asrunjob through task manager

Hi,

1) Stop first all engines
2) Remove job manually by deleting files:
- not sure that folder always named same, but in my case "00000001.qsd", if not look for chk files
- Remove CHK file + another file with same file name without CHK extension.
3) Start ArcServe, boot the services back up
4) Add job back from the Script
5) Voila!
