Hi,

I have performed a mksysb Backup at a 7026.
This mksysb Backup have I restored on a 43P (!), while I have booted from CD an choice "Server Maintenance from tape".

Unfortunately my Xserver does not start. Also my NIC does not work. This is a Version 4.3.3
Xserver tried to start an give me only a "Xserver can not be started".
With the command "ifconfig -a" I get an error This Socket-type is not supported in this familiy.

I have total removed and reinstalled the X11 Packages. Also I removed all Networkdevices (en0, en1,...) and reooted the 43p
Has somebody any hints for me?
I am not profi on AIX!

Regards
