cant start Visual Interdev

every time I try to start it, at the logo I get a Prompt, that says its unable to load the Development Enviroment DLL.

I've reinstalled Visual Studio 6 twice now, and even installed VJ++6 hopping that it may overwrite the dlls.

Um one problem though, I have no menu bar(the thing with File...Edit...View)

erm, and my code isnt color coded either.

make sure that triedit.dll is registered:

regsvr32 c:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Triedit\TriEdit.dll

I installed Service Pack 4 for VS6, so that seemed to fix it (must have registered a new dll of the same name you mentioned)
