Can't start service

Having problems with Backup exec. Lost connection to backup server. Unable to re-start service, unable to stop other backup exec services to resolve the problem.

restarting server did not work, can't re-install due to some services still running.

Any advice.

Set services to be disabled. Restart server. Reinstall.

Set services to manual, Stop them all

go into each and re-enter BE service account to Logon AS
then put in password and reconfirm

Finally, Start them all
