Our SQL serevr, 3.2232, is starting itself evry day. First, it shuting down. Than it trys to retart itself with the following errors...
Can't start server: Bind on TCP/IP port: Address is already in use.
Do you already have another mysqld server running on port: 3306?
The only way to reestablish SQL again is to KILL the PID and tahn restart the safe_mysqld.
Any ideas about why it is restarting itself (no cron is being used)?

I thing the error number is 001009
