can't start NNM, (ovtopmd - Received Singal 11, exiting)

hi all:
I failed to start NNM, by using command of "ovtopmd -v", it shows the message "ovtopmd Fail Received singal 11, exiting", but it's running fine yesterday before the computer had a software crash and restarted. Please help...
the machines is running windows2000, NNM6.1
