Can't Start new Web Application Project

Hi,

I'm using VB.Net Standard edition, and when I click to Start a New Project, if I select 'ASP.Net Web Application' or anything like it, the devenv process just becomes unresponsive.

I'm sure that I have everything installed that I need. I put in my CDs and checked and it would seem that everything is there.

Does anybody have any advice they can offer please?
