Can't start Form Designer

I'm trying to learn to program Internet Applications with NetExpress 3.0.

I've created a new project and added a form - but when I try and open it to start Form Designer i get an error message saying that Internet Explorer 4.01 or higher must be installed and then it ends.

I've got IE6 on my machine!!

I've looked at help on th MF site but its not use - anyone got an idea??

NetExpress 3.0 was the first release and it was designed before IE5 was released (or Win98 for that matter). I am sure you would need to upgrade the product.
