Can't Start Crystal Report Application Server

I just installed Crystal Enterprise 10 on a Windows Storage Server 2003 R2 Box. The Report Application Server will not start. I get errors upon boot up in the event log such as:

Faulting application crystalras.exe, version 10.0.0.533, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.

Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated.
