Inventory Management-Maintain-Serial/Lot Master allows you to change the expiration date on an existing lot.

another alternative is to go to IM Setup and click the 'use expired serial/lot' checkbox on page 3 of the IM setup screen.
This would be a GLOBAL change, however.
