Can't set column height 1

I'm Using SQL designer and Crystal Reports 8.5

I'm doing a report that will print labels. When I try to format with multiple columns I get to set the width of data for each column, but it won't let me set the height of the label - it's greyed out. I am able to set the distance between labels. Is this a bug? Or do I have a setting wrong somewhere?

Are you using the Mailing Labels Report Expert?

That generally simplifies things, and allows for custom settings (User-Defined) or a wide variety of standard labels.
