Maybe there is a DNS issue with that domain.
Maybe you have a DNS problem.
Maybe you are on an RBL somewhere that they subscribe to.
Maybe you should check dsbl.org to see if you're listed.
Maybe their mail admin has blocked mail from your domain in an access list somewhere.
If you are going to ask a question as general as that .... post a log entry.
Maybe this will cut down on the maybes.
