Hey guys,

I have setup serveral MX Records to point to our server Exchange server and all are receiving fine, however even when I set the primary address (in mail enabled AD) to a different domain from original Windows domain it sends as the original Windows domain.

For example the business is all on Enara1.co.uk and everyone now has an @enara1.co.uk, however I would like some to send as @firstcareservice.co.uk. But it won't change and all still send as @enara1.co.uk

How do I enable sending by default from the other domains? Is it even possible?

Any help greatly appreciated!

Untick the "Automatically update e-mail addresses based on recipient policy" tickbox when setting the primary address.

And that will allow them to send out of the organisation as which ever one I set as primary?

Yes, with the box unticked, each individual account will send from the primary address that you specify, as it will no longer be updated by the Policy

To do this automatically based on criteria such as their AD address, look at recipient policies.
