Cant send emails to especific domains

Hi to all!

I am using qmail as mail server in a Plesk control panel.

My problem is that one of my clients can't send emails to a specific domains, but to other domains they don´t have any problem.

They receive an error message like this:

I can see the qmail queue and these messages are in remote queue for some days. Why arent they delivered?

Is there a way to solve it?

Your error is consistent with a malfunctioning mailserver or shoddy connectivity at the recipient's end. Pick up the phone and work this with their admin.

This is what I am saying to my clients, that the problem probably is from the other part, but receivers said that they don't have any problem with other people sending them emails, the only one who can't send them emails are my clients.

I am very lost with all this.

Then you may have been blacklisted by that recipient. CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY!
