I've just been put in charge of an installation of Oracle's new (just announced last month) Beehive product. While I don't expect that anyone has direct experience with it, I've never done an email installation of any kind so I'm suffering from lack of general experience. I've set up a few test accounts in the package and can send emails back and forth among them. But when attempting to send to other than the local email domain, I get this:
I didn't do the installation, but I've been over every inch of the doc and it looks like it's been installed correctly. The only unusual thing in our setup that I can see is that the HTTP port is set to 7779 instead of 80. There shouldn't be a problem with that, should there, so long as every player in the process knows that's the port to look on?
I suspect it's some sort of setting conflict somewhere. If someone could give me the sort of troubleshooting things to look for that experienced people would check for, I would appreciate it.
TIA,
Bob
