I've created a table, but it seems that I cannot select bothe the header row of cells and the other cells at the same time. Very annoying!

Is there some feature that will allow me to do this? (or is there at least soem reason this is happening?)

Thanks!

Worked it out!

In the table menu "Convert Rows" > "To Body". (or "Header" or "Footer")

Although, I would be interested if someone could please what the purpose of differentiating between different areas in this manner. I don't see the advantage of this. (does it work in a similar manner to paragraph styles - ie global changes?)

Just curious.

You don't have to convert the header, you could just rightclick an use Select/table or ctrl A.

Thanks. i'm still puzzled as to the function of differentiating between the header, footer and body.

Strange
