Cant Seize Trunk Opt11c

Hi all,
the ACDN is 75390, my router fxs extension is 11001. The trunk port is 3 0. When i dial 75390 it doesn't seize the trunk. The ACOD is 62, route 108.

any ideas anyone?
 
When you dial 75390 what do you get?

What are you trying to do with this set up, is it really a small ACD group or are you using it for forwarding? If forwarding, change the MAXP to 1, you will also have to have some method of pointing it to an outside line ie put 62 in front of the NCFW. Otherwise it is looking for an internal extension.

Where does this line go to? If it is external through the Telco, can they deal with these 5 digits or do they need more to route?
