This is really starting to bother me.
I have a Windows 2000 Server with Metaframe XP. Single server environment. I have about 15 users who log in every day, and only about 5-6 of them actually show up in the sessions tab. I can tell they're logged in because the licenses tab shows that the licenses have been used (and the processes show all the users who are logged in)
What this means is:
1) I can't tell who is logged in until I look at the processes.
2) I can't tell if they are logged in or disconnected.
3) I can't shadow them if necessary.
4) I can't reset their sessions
etc. etc. etc.
I have found NO information in the knowledge base. And Citrix is the least available technical support in the two universes. If anyone has any ideas, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
