Can't see the number on the screen (can see External rather than the caller number) 1

Hi

We have been facing the below problem for a couple of months.

If any employee transfers any call to the other employee, it shows EXTERNAL on the screen of the other employee rather than the phone number.

We are using AVAYA IP phone 1608I-blk models.

Any solution, please?

For SIP Trunk in the URI settings you can set Forward/Transfer to Original Caller

I cannot see this SIP Trunk option in IP Office Manager.

Can you please guide me on how to check SIP Trunk and make the settings?
 
Manager -> Lines -> SIP Line -> Call Details -> select line -> Edit -> Local URI -> Forward/Twinning -> original Caller
