Can't see the Administration Window

Hi!

I am a new supervisor of a call center and just finished the Symposium Tutorials. I am unable to see the Administration Window with all the program's icons on it. Apparently there are two ways to login to Symposium and I only know the login that displays the edited version of the program.

Does ANYONE know how I can get access to the Administration Window without having to re-install the program. I really dont want to lose all of the information past supervisors have already logged.

What release of symposium/contact center are you on? Also, is this web client or legacy? If you are on symposium..is it express or not? Sorry for all the questions.
