Can't see project lists when opening Project Server in Project Pro 2k2

I've built Project Server accounts into my own machine and for two other project guys here at my work. When I open project 2002 pro and connect to my project server account, I can hit the Open folder and see all the projects we have here. However, when the other two guys try to do the same, all they get is a list of nothing.

I could have sworn I set them to admin access in Project Server but I can't understand why they don't see any projects at all, it's like the Project Server is empty or something.

Is there anything, settings, etc., that I could have missed?
