Can't see New Users

We recently added 2 new employees as users on our Novell 6sp2 server. When we added them to GroupWise 6, they can't connect to their mailboxes. They are not listed in the address book either even though in ConsoleOne they are listed as users. I followed the troubleshooting from the guide, but nothing works. The setup on the users matches all of the other existing users.

Any suggetions?

Did you rebuild your domain? We had this problem for a while & then it just disappeared. You may just need to synchronize everything via the Groupwise tools.
