We currently run Exchange 2003 but have not tried to use public folders until now. I have tried to set up a public folder with the Exchange snap-in, but after doing so I am unable to see the folder in Outlook.
Here is what I have done:
Created a new top level root folder named "General Information"
Created a new public folder store and mounted it.
Associated the top level root folder with the public folder store just created.
Set permissions so everyone can make changes to the folder.
After doing this, I cannot see the new folder in Outlook or OWA.
What could I be doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jack
