Can't see folders when saving a new document

I have a problem with a FrontPage web. Everything works fine but when I try to save a new page, or do a Save As to an existing page, the folders aren't listed in the Save window. For example, when I'm in the root folder, I create a new page. When I click Save, the Save As box appears with the root folder listed in the Save in field. However, none of the subfolders appear. If I am working within a subfolder and create a new page, when I save it the subfolder is listed in the Save in field, but no other folders are listed (and if I use the button to go up one level I still don't see any folders). Anyone know how I can get my folders to start showing?
