I have this posted on the W2KPro site also, but I thought I'd ask here also. Here's the story.
Getting ready to dump novell. Moving everything over to W2K Server. All my printers are there printing tcp/ip. I have some users who go to browse the entire network, but only the novell server shows up. We have 3 w2k servers in the domain. If you type in \\servername then instantly the domainname\domainservers show up. All of them. Tried updating drivers on network card and it worked for one and not another. When I try and add a network printer I can't use browse, because the domain isn't there. I can put in \\servername\printersharename and it works just fine. This is more a nuisance than anything, but it's bugging me. Have hosts, lmhosts, dns, wins, tcp/ip all set correctly. Only thing is there different network cards. Updating the driver should have taken care of it. Glen A. Johnson
