Could someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong. I have downloaded the example files from Business Objects and saved them in my folder. When I make each folder a virtual directory and browse the first file, all I see is a blank screen in the ActiveX viewer. Did I download them to the wrong place or what am I not doing. Anyone please help if you understand what I'm saying. Thank you.

You should state what you downloaded and the intent, can't see Crystal Report isn't very useful.

If you are attempting to view Crystal Reports examples, open them using crystal reports from and directory.

If you are downloading CSP examples for use with Crystal Enterprise (which is what implies), then you would use a browser to then point to the appropriate address.

Please try to post technical information, at the very least your software version and what you downloaded and for what purpose.

How much clearer can I be? I downloaded the files from the site Business Objects for examples on how to display reports(crystal) from an asp page and also on how to pass parameters to the reports. I'm asking for something else I can do to make the reports appear in the ActiveX viewer because once I try to view them there is a blank screen in the viewer.

There are lots of downloads at Crystal, updates, example Crystal Reports, ASP pages, CSP pages, Java, etc.

Your assumption that one would know that these are ASP pages is absurd, and you still didn't bother to post the version of crystal.

So there are lots of ways you might be clearer. Since asking for your software version isn't clear enough, I'll just leave you with the fact that you must be using a version of Crystal (such as Crystal Enterprise or an advanced version of CR) to use ASP pages.
