I am using Outlook 2003 and we have Exchange server 2003, I have a user that keeps a hard copy of some emails for legal purposes. When she prints email messages from the sent items folders we cannot see there are files attached to the document. But when we print form the Inbox we can see the icon for an attachment with the filename. I would like to see this in messages from the sent items folder. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
