Cant see any database info.

I have a PHP page that I cant seem to get my Oracle database records. It is behind a firewall. I can connect to Oracle from my client software but when im connecting using PHP on the server it doesnt give me any error messages or tell me why I dont see my Oracle database info.

I can see PHP variables but cant see any Oracle data.

If I try and connect to this Oracle database on my JSP located on another server it does see the Oracle database info.

Please advise.
